From May 10th to 17th, Rituaali hosts the "Pleasure at the Table" week: vital gastronomy that nourishes and regenerates, an experience dedicated to vital gastronomy and mindful eating. Alongside Chef Neth Rocha and nutritionist Ricardo Vargas, you will explore culinary techniques that preserve nutrients, value natural ingredients, and show that health and flavor can go hand in hand.
Throughout the program, practical knowledge will be shared about food combinations, the proper preparation of ingredients and choices that enhance vitality on a daily basis. All this in an approach that combines science, sensitivity and pleasure at the table.
Between learning, tastings and moments of connection, the proposal is to broaden the view of food, making each meal an opportunity to nourish the body, awaken the senses and strengthen habits that last beyond the stay.
